Project Manager Marketplaces - Integrations Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: As a Project Manager at adidas, your task is to manage programs delivering large-scale integration and enhancement projects end-to-end. The project scope is regional, spanning multiple countries and functions. Your objective is to complete projects within time, budget, and quality constraints while aligning with consumer and business expectations. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and tracking projects in collaboration with relevant functions and team members. You will also focus on resource management, communication, coordination activities, and act as the central interface to project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Deliver top-tier Project Management (kick-offs, operational rhythms, project plans, escalation processes, etc.) to ensure timely and complete delivery of Partner Program integration and enhancement projects. Drive cross-functional alignment and resource requests to secure appropriate regional and local resourcing for project implementation. Provide insights on marketplace realities, trends, and account data to global business development teams to refine and evolve the global Partner Program integration framework. Promote continuous innovation to fully automate Partner Program operations, aligning with business and consumer needs across partners.
