This role TheSenior Product Manager for the Fraud Team will define and lead thestrategy, roadmap, and execution of fraud prevention and detectioninitiatives across PayJoy's global platforms. The role focuses onimplementing innovative tools and techniques to reduce fraud losseswhile ensuring a seamless user experience. Collaboration withengineering, risk, and data science teams will be essential tobuild scalable fraud solutions. The ideal candidate will haveexpertise in fraud risk management, data analytics, and a passionfor financial inclusion. Strong problem-solving skills and theability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment arecrucial. Responsibilities 1. Create a roadmap to improve PayJoy'sfraud prevention platform with goals to: - Reduce fraud losses andoperational inefficiencies. - Enhance fraud detection with advancedmodels and rules while minimizing false positives. - Streamlinecustomer experience through frictionless fraud mitigationsolutions. - Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation,requirements gathering, development, testing, and iteration, tofull-scale implementation. - Collaborate closely with engineering,fraud operations, and data science teams to deliver solutions thatbalance security and user experience. - Use data analysis(including SQL queries) to refine fraud prevention mechanisms. -Stay informed about emerging fraud trends, regulations, andindustry technologies to keep the platform state-of-the-art. - Workwith internal teams to develop KPIs and monitoring systems to trackfraud metrics and solution performance. Requirements - 5+ years ofproduct management experience, preferably in fraud or riskmanagement in fintech or related fields. - Experience leadingcross-functional teams including engineering and data science. -Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-pacedenvironment. - Strong data-driven decision-making skills, includingSQL proficiency. - Familiarity with fraud detection technologiessuch as behavioral analytics, device intelligence, and machinelearning. - Success in creating customer-centric solutions thatbalance security and operational efficiency. DesirableQualifications - Experience in high-growth startups. - Knowledge offraud prevention tools and vendors (e.g., Sift, Arkose Labs). -Understanding of compliance regulations like AML and KYC. - Fluencyin Spanish.
