Your role would support the Digital Marketing team in implementing the CRM strategy for our client and their artist roster, developing awareness and encouraging engagement and retention. The ideal candidate is a bright and dynamic person who lives and breathes digital marketing, is fluent in Spanish and English with strong written and analytical skills and is passionate about Latin Music. Exp : 2 or 3 years . What you'll do: Campaign Coordination & Support: Manage and execute CRM strategies that measurably impact fan acquisition, fan retention, and fan lifetime Liaise with our client’s legal department to develop terms and conditions for all sweepstakes. Analyze and leverage fan data from CRM campaigns for retargeting purposes. Assist in the creation and maintenance of all artist websites. Execute online advertising campaigns to support CRM initiatives every month Execute payment orders for vendor services and ensure invoices are sent for payment in a timely order. Help execute email, SMS, and other customer engagement campaigns by segmenting audiences and scheduling communications. Market Research: Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging CRM technologies to identify opportunities for innovation. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze CRM performance metrics, providing insights to optimize engagement & retention strategies Who you are: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field Experience with Salesforce or equivalent marketing cloud tool. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Candidate needs to be fully bilingual (English/Spanish) Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Experience in setting up and optimizing Facebook / Google Adwords campaigns.
