Experian Consumer Services is seeking a Marketing Compliance Specialist to join our Marketplace team. Our financial lead gen platform, Experian Marketplace, provides personalized financial product recommendations to our 80 million Experian.com members based on powerful data-driven decisioning and product matching logic. We are looking for a skilled Marketing Compliance Specialist who will work with product marketing and our broader compliance division across the enterprise to allow growth through marketing practices that serve our customers well and are compliant with local and federal regulations and guidance. - The ideal candidate will communicate and maintain lead generation compliance standards across Product, Marketing, Editorial, and Legal/Compliance teams. - They will oversee the development of guidelines and roadmaps to improve customer experience by providing customers with the information they need to make informed decisions. This role involves maintaining regular compliance scorecards, coordinating and reporting on status and recommended changes, managing Affiliate Marketing Network vendors, and providing compliance approval and update support for new offers or changes to offers. The successful candidate will work with teams and clients to follow compliance processes, implement changes, and provide ongoing support to maintain a compliant solution that meets company standards and guidelines across websites, operational practices, promotions, and advertisements.
