Branding Coordinator Location: Bogotá – 100% on-site work Role Objective: Lead and execute digital marketing and branding projects for OPPO's retail channel, with a strong focus on video content creation, social media management, and large-scale marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Operate and coordinate national-level mass marketing campaigns. Manage and create content for OPPO’s official retail social media accounts. Shoot promotional videos showcasing OPPO’s products and features. Develop creative concepts and storylines for video production. Communicate and coordinate effectively with regional retail leaders to ensure alignment and execution of campaigns. Key Requirements: Strong English communication skills (spoken and written – B2 level or higher). Comfortable working with regional and multicultural teams. Excellent time management, autonomy, and creativity. Prior experience in similar roles. We are hiring for two different profiles within this role: Profile A – Video Content Specialist Proven experience in video ideation, production, and editing. Proficient in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, etc. Portfolio of successful video campaigns or viral content. Profile B – Social Media Specialist Demonstrated experience in managing and growing social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Must have an active personal account with original content and a solid follower base. Strong knowledge of social media trends, engagement strategies, and copywriting.
