As the Enablement & Training Manager , you will help maximize the productivity and success of Operations & Compliance team members. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders at various organizational levels to execute enablement strategies to achieve key goals and objectives. You will develop and deliver the initial onboarding and ongoing skill development programs for Customer Onboarding Managers, Customer Support Managers, Customer Support Engineers, Technical Support Engineers, and other job roles. In this role, you will be responsible for: Partner with leaders and other stakeholders locally and across offices to understand each team's primary job functions, goals, and objectives and execute enablement strategies to achieve the desired outcomes. Build professional and technical skills and knowledge through various enablement techniques and programs. Design, develop, and publish training in multiple formats, including instructor-led, e-learning, participant and facilitator guides, reference materials, slideware, and video demonstrations. Deliver live training sessions to onboard new hires and enable, uplevel, and upskill current employees. Incorporate processes, procedures, and systems into training curricula to ensure the knowledge and skills being taught can be applied on the job. Stay abreast of changes to processes and procedures and update training and documentation accordingly. Assess role-specific skills and knowledge to identify areas of improvement. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of new and existing enablement programs, providing insights and reports to leadership on progress. Develop reporting in alignment with key metrics, such as NPS and CSAT scores, SLA times, and escalation rates, to measure the impact of enablement programs against organizational goals. Create methods for testing learner comprehension and confirming the application of skills. Solicit feedback from stakeholders and learners and apply insights to improve training and enablement resources. About you Solid experience in learning & development combined with proven experience supporting customer-facing teams. Strong English language proficiency, both written and verbal, including grammar, spelling, and usage. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate Rise/Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond, or equivalent software. Ability to coach, train, and enable diverse job roles with varying skill and knowledge levels. Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Professional certifications in learning & development, training, instructional design, or related areas. Ability to develop and deliver systems and software training for Zendesk, Jira, Rocketlane, or similar applications. Familiarity with Docebo, Confluence, or other learning and knowledge management systems. Familiarity with accounting principles and/or payment processing systems. Experience working in Fintech or SaaS companies.
