This position requires a strong organizing and planning skill-set and a desire to acquire an in-depth understanding of Software Quality Assurance processes and procedures. **Responsibilities** - Execute QA process in the following ways: - o Coordinate testing efforts including non-QA team member responsibilities. - o Manage relationships with internal and external resources including reporting results and disseminating responses. - o Report activities to all parties involved in the QA process. - o Prepare data sets to test logic, error handling and system workflows. - o Execute QA testing activities. - o Isolate, reproduce and document defects throughout the life cycle. - o Document testing activities to ensure all programs have met specifications, user requirements and company technical standards. - o Assist with the creation of new testing scripts and plans. - o Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. - Supports resolution of identified corrective actions in a timely manner using sound methods for root cause analysis, short term remediation, and permanent solutions. - Promote continuous improvement efforts to meet or exceed quality objectives. - Performs other duties as assigned and/or required. **Requirements**: - Self Sufficient / Self Starter - Does what is necessary to get the job done. - Strong Work Ethic (Works Smart, not just Hard). - Strong Organizational Skills. - Strong Communication Skills. - History of success in making change and achieving objectives. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and facilitate positive interpersonal relations with coworkers. - Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. - Ability to multitask and prioritize. - Ability to meet deadlines. - Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree required. **Benefits** - Being a part of TEAM International gives you the chance to work on challenging projects with great professionals, international clients, and the latest technologies.
