HR Project Manager As the HR Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing the People program at Tipalti. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in analytics, exceptional organizational skills, the ability to work with extensive ambiguity, rapidly respond and execute a diverse range of requests, and effectively partner with cross-functional teams. The People Program Manager will contribute to the development and execution of People initiatives that align with Tipalti’s goals. In this role, you will be responsible for: Partner with the People Leaders and Business Leadership Teams to design, develop, and implement innovative People projects and initiatives to address organizational needs e.g. workforce planning, systems, data and analytics, employee engagement, talent acquisition & management and inclusion. Identify process gaps and opportunities, including identifying workstreams, roles and responsibilities, timelines, expectations, metrics and measurements. Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of people programs and initiatives. Leverage BI tools to support the needs of the People function and present insights and dashboards to leadership in an accessible format. Build the People organization's AI capabilities. Act as a problem-solver across the function, and assist the VP SMTH with a diverse range of projects that require quick thinking, attention to detail and rapid execution. About you Experience in strategy and program management. Ideally, some of your experience will have been gained within a Software development environment and HR. However, you will be able to adapt to a scaling, in-house environment. Experience of building data-driven programs, supporting executive leadership in project management and execution. Ideally you will also have experience working within a high-velocity, scaling organization. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative partnerships at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify, evaluate and recommend process improvements. Fluency in MS Office, Google Suite and analytics tools: Pivot Tables, vLookup, Formulas, Macros, Power Queries, and related functionalities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines. Familiarity with project management principles including an understanding of: Establishing scope, timelines and deliverables; cost-benefit analyses, risk assessment, budgeting, resource allocation, contingency planning, communication, reporting, and project & program management technologies.
