Our customers, suppliers, and employees - our Coupanians - come together to co-create ideas and innovations that impact the power of spend. **Responsibilities**: - Sourcing, recruiting, and hiring Coupa professionals across a wide range of roles within our Professional Services groups - Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to acceptance - Building solid relationships with leadership teams and partnering with other departments to drive recruiting processes through onboarding - Successfully delivering on all hiring deadlines and flawlessly executing in a very dynamic environment **Requirements**: - 5+ years of software sales recruiting experience in the area of Professional services and sales, or in an agency setting, required - Must be fluent in English - Strong understanding of services language, compensation, techniques, and methodologies - Experience partnering and influencing Senior Hiring Managers and Executives throughout the recruiting cycle - Expert knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques - Excellent communication skills - verbal and written - Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills - Working knowledge of ATS (Lever) and technologies LI-Remote The culture at Coupa is why!
