Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and creative-minded individual to join our team as a Creative Project Manager. This role will serve as a vital link between the Head of Creative and various departments within the company, ensuring seamless communication and project execution. Key Responsibilities: - Project Management: ○ Receive and review project briefs from different departments. ○ Collaborate closely with the Head of Creative to understand project goals and objectives. ○ Develop project timelines, milestones, and budgets. ○ Ensure all necessary assets, including dielines, hi-res files, and other graphic design resources, are provided for the creative team. - Creative Process Management: ○ Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to final execution. ○ Act as the primary point of contact for all creative project-related inquiries. ○ Facilitate efficient communication between departments and the creative team. ○ Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure projects stay on track. - Quality Assurance: ○ Maintain a keen eye for detail and ensure all creative deliverables meet the highest standards of quality. - Team Collaboration: ○ Foster a collaborative and creative work environment. ○ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and production, to align creative efforts with broader company goals. - Reporting: ○ Prepare regular project status reports for the Head of Creative. ○ Provide updates on project timelines, budgets, and potential risks. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications). - Proven experience as a Project Manager in a creative or design-focused environment. - Proficiency in graphic design terminology and processes, including dielines and hi-res files. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality. - Proficiency in project management software/tools (e.g., Monday, Asana). - Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus. - A passion for creativity and a keen interest in design trends and industry developments. **Job Type**: Part-time **Salary**: $3,500,000 - $5,000,000 per month Expected hours: 20 per week
