The Role of a Technical Architect at Coupa: As a Technical Architect, you will work with Customers, Partners, and Product Management to implement innovative solutions in Procurement, Supply Chain, and AP Automation, ensuring successful integration projects. Responsibilities: Lead as a Technical Architect during customer implementations, driving adoption and identifying improvements. Collaborate with senior management to influence strategies and decisions. Improve customer experience through insights, support, and issue resolution. Manage escalations and coordinate with project managers to meet deadlines and standards. Mentor new TAs and partners, leading Customer Success initiatives and best practices. Qualifications: Self-motivated with experience at scale, focusing on technical services for customer success. Over 2 years of experience with integration technologies in Procurement/AP Automation. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, ORACLE, Netsuite) and integration tools like sFTP, RESTful APIs, SOAP. Knowledge of Finance and Procurement processes and ERP integrations. Strong English and Spanish communication skills; familiarity with AWS or similar cloud stacks; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Preferred but Not Required: Experience with external supplier system integrations using EDI, cXML, etc. Middleware experience (IBM TIBCO, SAP PI PO, ORACLE, Boomi).
