The Recruiting Administrative Assistant will coordinate back-office administrative activities. - Database maintenance - heavy data entry - Research - heavy research and internal communications - Technology - use of multiple software to research leads - Other - Perform other related duties as required Position Requirements: - General office or related experience in a service industry - Ability to multi-task and shift from project to project based on priorities - Must be a fast learner, dependable, and organized to meet targeted deadlines and metrics - English communication skills: reading, writing, and speaking intermediate- advanced preferred - Data entry skills to document important research in the database - Must have reliable internet and have the ability to learn new technology fast - Must have an office set up, preferably with two monitors - Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus!
