We at TaskUs understand that achieving growth for our partners requires a culture of constant motion, exploring new technologies, being ready to handle any challenge at a moment's notice, and mastering consistency in an ever-changing world. **What does Benefit Administration Shared Services Advocate do?** - Administer employee benefits globally. - Liaise with government agencies and vendors on benefits processing, to ensure a smooth availment process. - Ensure employee data is up to date, accurate, and compliant with government agencies & third-party vendors. - Handle Talkdesk for Life-Threatening urgent cases that need HR's help. - Provide support and guidance in terms of benefits processing to immediate family members of diseased employees. - Vendor management. Coordinate with the vendor imposing the agreement indicated in the signed SOW. - Drive operational performance and service excellence within the Benefits Shared Service function, and identify areas for improvement. - Implement automation project that will help improve the benefits availment process - Maintain and protect confidential data with great discretion. - Represent Benefits Team during audit ie., client audit, DOLE, and SSS. - Conduct orientation during new benefits rollout. Address employee concerns raised during FGD with teammates. - Partner with functional Global HR process owners to implement proactive employee retention strategies. - Work with our TaskUs Benefits team members from different regions to ensure alignment across our offices as well as to share best practices. - Deliver Ad hoc tasks deemed necessary by the business **Requirements**: - Graduate of Human Resource Management, any math course, or other related courses. Have at least 2 years of experience in a BPO setting - At least 1 year of experience in Multi-Country support & relevant experience with HR systems and in HR functions such as compensation, employee relations, benefits, etc - Have a background in different policies concerning the benefits processing of government agencies - Amenable to rotating schedules, someone who has strong analytical skills, and can work independently - Strong understanding of various business systems and processes - Outstanding attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills - Able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to get things done, and maintain employee confidentiality, data integrity, and security. - Experience in data quality reporting, advantage **DEI Statement**:In TaskUs we believe that innovation and higher performance are brought by people from all walks of life.
