This role involves creating detailed interior documentation for Residential and Commercial projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and high-quality deliverables. Responsibilities Create detailed interior documentation using Archicad, including 3D models, construction drawings, and demolition plans. Produce photorealistic interior renderings. Collaborate with architects and designers to interpret project specifications accurately. Review and revise documentation based on feedback. Maintain knowledge of industry codes, standards, and regulations. Contribute to improving documentation processes. Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve project queries. Stay updated on Archicad software advancements and suggest improvements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field. Proven experience as an Archicad Expert specializing in interior documentation. Proficiency in Archicad, including 3D modeling and project data management. Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and in teams, managing multiple projects.
