Administrative Coordinator Role Overview We are seeking an organized and business-savvy Administrative Coordinator to support our fast-paced operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and optimizing scheduling. - Prioritize tasks and requests based on business goals and urgency - Support client communications, follow-ups, and data entry - Assist with billing, invoicing, and financial tracking - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners across time zones - Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions Key Responsibilities: Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Executive Assistant or Operations Coordinator roles.
