We are looking for our next bilingual Tax coordinator specialized in Colombian tributary legislation and NIFF. The Tax coordinator is responsible for designing the information to present to the different control entities such as the DIAN, Superintendency of societies and Chamber of Commerce, with the purpose of achieving compliance with current regulations and the tax obligations of the company. Main responsibilities: Organize income statements, source withholding, foreign assets, IVA returns and other tax obligations that must be submitted to the DIAN, to guarantee compliance with the business' legal regulations. Prepare reports to present to the superintendency of societies on the company financial statements and management reports. Plan the annual renewal of the chamber of commerce and other updates of the company, through the collection of financial and legal information, with the purpose to achieve real and current data users. Communicate to the Ministry of Finance the declarations of industry and commerce, ICA income statement, to guarantee compliance with regulations and the required quality metrics. Coordinate the operations with the treasury area and prepare requirements and reports requested by the Bank of the Republic and Superintendency of companies, to ensure compliance with the legal requirements. Knowledge, Skills, & Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting with professional card. Specialized in tributary legislation Strong knowledge in NIFF Intermediate English level At least 5 years of experience working in tax and accounting areas. Good verbal and written communication skills. Excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail. Outstanding leadership and managerial skills. Ability to work to strict deadlines.
