This position works cross-functionally with internal departments and external resources on marketing matters. Key Responsibilities - Support promotional review process, including coordination and tracking of promotional item submissions. - Manage and coordinate marketing activities related to national and regional congresses. - Process purchase orders, invoices and third-party transactions using approved systems. - Coordinate administrative functions for departmental needs. Essential qualifications include a bachelor's degree in marketing or similar discipline, proven experience in marketing and proficiency in Microsoft Office software. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
