Job Description We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Regulatory Compliance Manager. This individual will be responsible for implementing a Global Regulatory Control Assurance Program, strengthening Mastercard's management of its regulatory compliance obligations. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and experience assessing regulatory changes, breaking down requirements into project plans, designing and testing controls, and tracking/reporting progress. Required Skills and Qualifications - In-depth understanding of the fundamental pillars of an effective regulatory compliance program. - Strong project management skills including experience assessing regulatory changes, breaking down requirements into project plans, designing and testing controls, and tracking/reporting progress. - Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to meet tight deadlines. - Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced and evolving regulatory environments. - Skilled at navigating complex multinational organizations and collaborating effectively within diverse, multicultural teams. - Business level fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
