In this role, you’ll support content creation and management across multiple client accounts, ensuring that brand voices are consistent, engagement is strong, and content is always delivered on time. Key Responsibilities Content Creation Execute creative direction using Canva for static graphics and carousel posts Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, etc.) using VEED, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro , or equivalent Follow provided brand assets, fonts, and color schemes ️Caption Writing & Hashtag Strategy Write compelling, on-brand captions tailored for each platform Conduct basic research to apply optimized hashtags to boost visibility and reach Short-Form Video Editing Edit engaging short-form videos optimized for social media performance Trim, caption, add transitions, and format content appropriately for Instagram, TikTok, etc. ️Content Scheduling Upload and schedule posts using Metricool Follow a pre-set content calendar and ensure timely publishing Community Engagement & Management Engage authentically with target accounts (likes, comments, reposts, DMs) Respond to comments, story tags, and direct messages daily Build and maintain organic relationships with relevant accounts Instagram Story Design & Posting Create and publish Instagram stories 3–5 times per week per client Use Canva to design branded stories with interactive elements (polls, questions, etc.) Client Communication & Support Participate in group chats and act promptly on client requests For example: If a client sends a video, you’ll edit it in VEED and schedule it in Metricool Add or manage tasks in Asana when needed Qualifications Proven experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Fully Bilingual in English. This is non-negotiable. Strong skills in Canva and at least one video editing tool (VEED, CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere Pro) Familiarity with Metricool or other scheduling tools Excellent communication and organizational skills.
