Your tasks: - Assist in running operations in the company -- operational cost, risk and audit - Manage the team - Assist in interviewing, recruiting, training, performance evaluation, promotion and termination activities - Handle employee salaries - Handle client accounting / payments - Handle social media posts - content and engagement - Handle Facebook ad reporting - Assist in Facebook ads setup - Handle lead flow automation (knowledge in Zapier required) - Handle graphic designing on simple content - Conduct research for product development - Booking flights, accommodation and logistics for clients. - Look for local social networks and research. - Other tasks requested by the Director The role will be full time and remote. 40 hours per week on Colombian business hours.
