Position: Sales Representative Location : In-person at Caracol Radio Building – Calle 67 #7-35, Bogotá, Colombia Contract Type : Open-Ended Work Schedule : Sunday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM (42 hours/week, 2 days off) Time Zone : Eastern Standard Time (EST) Compensation And Benefits Base Salary : COP $2,850,000 Commissions : Up to COP $400,000 Legal Benefits included Biweekly payments (15th and 30th of each month) via Bancolombia savings account Job Responsibilities As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in our campaign, interacting with customers, offering solutions, and closing sales.
