GTM Systems - Hubspot Architect (Colombia) Opportunity Details Full Time GTM Systems - Hubspot Architect (Colombia) As a GTM Systems Consultant – HubSpot Architect , you will serve as both a strategic advisor and hands-on implementer, supporting clients in demystifying and simplifying their go-to-market (GTM) tech stack. Your primary focus will be understanding each client’s GTM strategy and processes, then translating that into an optimized HubSpot environment that drives efficiency, scalability, and actionable insight. This is a highly collaborative role requiring both big-picture thinking and the technical skills to operationalize strategy through HubSpot and integrated GTM tools. Remote - Colombia Key Responsibilities Strategic Advisory Partner with GTM leadership to align business objectives with revenue operations systems. Guide clients in architecting scalable solutions that align with future growth goals.
Process Optimization Assess and map existing GTM workflows, identifying inefficiencies and designing more effective, scalable systems to support sales, marketing, and customer success operations.
Systems Implementation Configure and optimize HubSpot and integrated platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, ZoomInfo, and CPQ tools to enable seamless data flow and automation.
Data & Insights Enablement Design reporting frameworks and dashboards that empower data-driven decision-making. Translate data into insights that highlight performance trends and opportunities for improvement.
Client Enablement Develop documentation, training materials, and user guides to support client self-sufficiency and adoption. Deliver ongoing coaching to ensure teams are fully enabled and confident in the use of the tools.
Example Projects HubSpot initial setup and onboarding Integration with third-party tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clari) Object and lifecycle stage optimization in HubSpot Revenue attribution and pipeline reporting CPQ system integration Creation of a single source of truth in HubSpot reporting Qualifications Experience: 3–5 years in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HubSpot and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), as well as data analysis tools like Excel and Google Sheets. Experience with reporting and integration tools is highly valuable.
Strategic Acumen: Ability to connect operational work to larger business goals and long-term planning.
Execution Capability: Hands-on ability to implement, configure, troubleshoot, and improve systems and processes.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills, with the ability to translate complex systems into clear, actionable guidance.
