We are transforming our HR function at Convatec and are now looking for great people to fill key roles in our new international HR Service Delivery Team, closely aligned with our Global Business Services (GBS) organisation. This role will be based in one of our global service delivery centres to support the delivery of Workforce Administration services to the Convatec enterprise as part of an international team of delivery experts. It represents a fantastic opportunity to join us at a key execution stage of our HR Transformation programme to play a role in defining, improving, and supporting our new HR Operating Model. **As part of your role, key responsibilities include**: - Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, leave policies, and other HR-related matters, providing excellent customer service and guidance. - Support Workforce administration processes, such as hiring, onboarding, offboarding, promotions, personal data changes etc., ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner. - Supporting common payroll queries, general queries, and processing across multiple countries through **Service Now.**: - Execute task and processes in **Workday.**: - Generate reports from multiple platforms. - Support the build and adoption of Workforce Administration detailed processes (Local Work Instructions and Knowledge Transfer). **Requirements**: - Desirable Experience in Human Resources or as Generalist. - Detail oriented, analytic and with customer service skills. - Basics of Office 365 and Excel. - Intermediate English required. - Assertive communication and teamwork skills. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems and databases.
