Technical Leader Position We are seeking an experienced and skilled technical leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading technical projects from start to finish, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing cloud-based systems, leveraging your expertise in public cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, containerization, and monitoring tools. You will also be responsible for guiding and mentoring junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development within the team. - In-depth knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), including compute, storage, networking, and identity services. - Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates). - Familiar with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture. - Strong experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Prometheus, CloudWatch) and incident management processes. - Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools like Ansible or Jenkins. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - At least 8 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 4 years in cloud operations or architecture roles. - Proven leadership experience managing cloud operations or technical teams.
