This initiative aims to revolutionize high-interest consumer lending globally, making affordable credit accessible to underserved populations. The Collections Specialist will manage and recover overdue accounts for installment products, maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Customer Service Representative will provide excellent service by responding to inquiries and concerns regarding financial plans. Responsibilities: Contact customers via phone, email, or text to resolve delinquent accounts and negotiate payment plans. Assess customer financial situations and propose feasible repayment solutions. Record all customer interactions and account updates systematically. Monitor compliance with payment agreements and follow up on missed payments. Identify high-risk accounts for escalation or legal action. Stay informed on federal and state collection laws, including FDCPA regulations. Customer Service Tasks: Guide potential customers on enrollment procedures. Resolve inquiries and concerns about existing plans through various communication channels. Deliver empathetic and engaging customer interactions. Maintain accurate and accessible records across platforms. Qualifications: At least 2 years of customer service experience related to collections, especially with installment products. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency with collections software and Microsoft Office. Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
