Key Responsibilities Research and book 12 guest interviews for our podcast per month. Organize and manage the team’s schedule for meetings and deadlines. Plan and schedule content for social media. Assist with all stages of video production (pre-production, production, and post-production). Coordinate the production of the podcast episodes. Help with writing and reviewing emails, messages, and video subtitles. Qualifications C1 English level or higher (advanced fluency in written and spoken English). Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.). Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to work. Strong analytical thinker with the ability to navigate challenges independently. Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
