Position Summary In the position of Demand Planner, you will be the leader of the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) cycle from baseline forecast to constrained demand plan. You will perform between bottlers and the company at both depletions and deliveries figures, delivering demand signals to production facilities and timely analyzing demand variations to propose adjustments. Essential Job Functions Lead the S&OP cycle, driving all monthly demand reviews with bottlers at both depletions and delivery levels, including supply constrictions (logistics, production, material availability, etc.) that might affect the demand plan. Conduct sales forecasting based on statistical models and customer insights (baseline construction). Maintain records of all building/destroying blocks affecting sales to correct historical data (e.g., price increases, out of stocks, distribution disruption, volume promotions). Ensure updated demand signals are properly directed to production centers, including availability and production feasibility. Monitor weekly sales advances, identify deviations and trends, and timely propose mitigation actions to reduce impacts on the supply chain after unforeseen deviations. Guarantee the fulfillment of orders for the customer and ensure agreed volumes are properly ordered from bottler to company according to frozen periods. Analyze sales performance indicators including forecast accuracy, sales compliance, OTIF (on-time, in-full), and fill rate. Identify trends and operational risks. Support commercial activities that involve demand and sales forecasting (e.g., BP construction). Position Requirements Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field of study. Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics. Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in inventory control and customer services. Computer Skills Desired: Advanced user of Microsoft Office. Preferred Certifications: Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO).
