Associate Contract & Payment Specialist Role This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and evolving environment interfacing with various customer types. As an Associate Contract & Payment Analyst, you will be responsible for processing customer contracts and/or payments, which require strong communication, analytical, and project management skills. - Receive and process requests to create contract records - Partner with legal department for the creation of U.S. and International HCP consulting agreements and other contract needs - Process invoices, check requests and other billing requirements - Perform audits on incoming requests - Data Entry for Sunshine Reporting - Maintain up-to-date departmental policies & procedures - Communicate effectively to internal and external customers via phone, email and systems - Collaborate cross-functionally to execute tasks in a timely manner - Work individually or with a team in recommending action and managing projects to completion - Perform various projects as assigned - Identify, define and address problems that are not immediately evident - Gather, collect, record, track and verify data and information from multiple sources - Design processes to enhance workflow - Provide data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures This position requires a Bachelor's Degree, fluent English skills, one or more years of related experience in administrative support, functional roles, contracts or in a contract-related capacity, customer service, knowledge with MS Office, and strong relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills.
