Business Need/Purpose of Role: Job Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: - Grade 12 / N3 Certificate Minimum Experience: - 2-3 years’ experience in minerals processing plants Key Tasks: Including but not limited to: - Assist Service Technician/s with maintenance and repair work on site or in branch- Assist with installation of pumps and other Weir products- Assist with installation and assembling of pumps and other Weir products on site or in branch- General assistance as and when required- Cleaning and prepping of parts- Dismantling of pumps and bearing assemblies- Ability to identify solutions to improve equipment or processes on and off sites- Preparing Weir equipment for assembly- Assembling and spray painting- Load and unload trucks when required- Delivery of Weir spares when required- Work standby and overtime as and when required from time to time- Adhere to all Safety Health Environment (SHE) and housekeeping requirements at the branch and customer sites at all times- Adhere to Duty of Care Policy at all times Minimum Skills/Abilities: - Clear communication at all levels- Able to solve problems in a timely manner- Able to read technical drawings- Able to work in a team and respond to management direction- Customer focused- Safety and quality conscious minerals onsite LI-LG1
