Build strongrelationships with clients through daily or as-needed support,ensuring financial clarity. - Technical Oversight: - Manageaccounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable,reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end and annual close. -Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuringcompliance with U.S. GAAP. - Review financial reports anddashboards to provide business performance insights. - Ensure taxfilings and strategy implementation are accurate and timely. -Strategic Financial Guidance: Collaborate with the CFO andFinancial Analyst to provide clients with budgeting, forecasting,and cash flow planning. - Identify opportunities for growth, costsavings, and profitability improvements. - Operational Efficiency& Process Improvement: Drive efficiency in accounting processesby implementing best practices and leveraging technology andautomation tools. Requirements: Experience & Skills: - 5+ yearsof experience in an accounting leadership role, preferably withmulti-client or multi-industry exposure. - Advanced understandingof U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and tax planning strategies. -Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO), financial analysis, andreporting. - Experience with collaborative tools like Slack,ClickUp, or similar project management platforms. - Experience in abusiness consulting or service-focused firm is highly desirable.
