Mission Work with the Marketing Operations leader to plan, implement and analyze promotional Marketing campaigns in each country and regionally. Drive their performance to achieve business objectives. Main responsibilities - Responsible for planning, development, execution, and analysis of promotional marketing campaigns. - Design campaigns adjusted to meet the objectives of the business and the market. - Create reports, analyze the performance of campaigns. Find MB, GMV, AOV opportunities across markets by working closely with Marketing BI and Category Analysts. - Identify campaign best practices and share them with the entire team. - Strategic analysis of the competition and promotional campaigns. - Collaborate in the continuous improvement of processes and development of Marketing Operations. - Contribute with strategic knowledge and ideas to evolve the mechanics and configuration of the campaigns. Required skills - Administration, Business or Marketing careers graduate. - At least two (2) years of experience in related roles and preferably in the industry: e-commerce / retail or digital economy business. - Analytical, results-oriented profile with excellent communication skills. - Advanced English language proficiency. Preferred skills - Knowledge or experience in Digital Marketing. - Knowledge of data visualization tools (DataStudio and Tableau). - Coordination and project management.
