**We are looking for Tigers** **Be our Campaign Analyst** **Do you want to join the fastest-growing cross border eCommerce company in LATAM and develop not only the business, but your creative and digital skills as well?** **This job opportunity is for you!** We are looking for someone with experience analyzing promotional Marketing Campaigns regionally with expertise in eCommerce, retail and/or digital business development that brings his/her passion and new ideas to improve the function, and that wants to contribute for the company’s next growth stage. Mission Work with the Marketing Operations leader to plan, implement and analyze promotional Marketing campaigns in each country and regionally. Drive their performance to achieve business objectives. Main responsibilities - Responsible for planning, development, execution, and analysis of promotional marketing campaigns. - Design campaigns adjusted to meet the objectives of the business and the market. - Create reports, analyze the performance of campaigns. Find MB, GMV, AOV opportunities across markets by working closely with Marketing BI and Category Analysts. - Identify campaign best practices and share them with the entire team. - Strategic analysis of the competition and promotional campaigns. - Collaborate in the continuous improvement of processes and development of Marketing Operations. - Contribute with strategic knowledge and ideas to evolve the mechanics and configuration of the campaigns. Required skills - Administration, Business or Marketing careers graduate. - At least two (2) years of experience in related roles and preferably in the industry: e-commerce / retail or digital economy business. - Analytical, results-oriented profile with excellent communication skills. - Advanced English language proficiency. Preferred skills - Knowledge or experience in Digital Marketing. - Knowledge of data visualization tools (DataStudio and Tableau). - Coordination and project management.
