Key Responsibilities and Desired Skills - Lead multiple project activities for client onboarding, migrating existing clients to new products and services. - Ensure successful customer satisfaction and organization through effective leadership attributes. - Familiarity with managing procurement tools such as Ariba. - Use of Project Management and collaboration solutions like Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Webex. - Skilled in Networking, IVR, Telecom, Dialer, Recording Technologies, and Knowledge of Avaya and Genesys. - Prior experience in BPO infrastructure and/or technology operations is preferred. Project Management Responsibilities: - Oversee all communications throughout each project. - Manage IT, Telecom, and Development resources to complete voice and data-based requirements. - Document and execute specific requirements associated with new product launches, manage major change requests, and develop operational contingency plans. - Assist the business development team in growing existing accounts, closing critical business items, and ensuring zero client escalations. - Establish a cadence for regular meetings to meet due dates, maintain strong collaboration, and prepare meeting minutes. - Create, develop, and assemble presentations as needed. - Perform client and industry research. Professional Services Support Responsibilities: - Support and manage projects on behalf of IT. - Partner closely with project team members to drive quality results and deliverables. - Ensure high-quality deliverables are completed to support handoff to Operations and stored appropriately on SharePoint. Supervisory Responsibilities: - Identify tasks and request resources from functions to be assigned to project teams, then work in matrix management to ensure completed work is of high quality and within project deadlines. - Work outside normal hours may be required as project needs dictate. - Partner with other Project Managers on migrating clients to new solutions. Requirements - Bachelor's degree is required. Master's degree preferred. - 5-10 years of technical-based project management experience in client launch type work within a BPO environment/industry. - Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills. - PMI membership and PMP Certification is preferred. - Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
