When You Join Johnson & Johnson, Your Next Move Could Mean Our Next Breakthrough. **Position Summary** Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health, a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is currently seeking a Regional Scrum Master for Latin America North (Mexico, Colombia, Perú, Ecuador and Centra América). **Key Responsibilities** - Design the development structure within the Product Owner (SQUAD Lead) and LAN Strategy & Capabilities Leader, mapping main stakeholders, roles and governance model for the for Brand Squads - Manage day-to-day and give directions to the project team, ensuring governance rituals, backlog activities prioritization and project’s cadence (using tools such as Kanban) - Promote connection between the members of the multifunctional team, ensuring to capture multiple points of view and contributing to the structure of a robust solution and a more “self-organized” group - Ensure the update of the integrated timeline according to the progress of the activities and the replanning of deliverables whenever necessary - Identify and help to remove possible barriers/ bottlenecks - Escalate problems and risks to the leadership when necessary, providing proper visibility on cluster forums - Ensure adequate information for decision-making on critical points - Be the “transformation agent”, acting as the methodology reference for Scrum and Agile at JnJ, strengthening the capability within the teams - Support local teams on developing ad hoc Sprints according to business needs **Qualifications**: - Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree completed - Language: Intermediate English is required - Previous experience as Scrum Master, with proven knowledge of Scrum and other Agile methodologies is desirable - Project management skills/Agile methodology (such as ability to manage timelines, coordinate activities, report progress) and presentations - Capacity of organization, planning and communication, being able to work with agility and ensuring the cadence of day-to-day execution - Holistic vision: being able to see the impact of actions on the interdependencies of projects ensuring alignment with the business’ needs - Challenge the status quo: raising questions constructively and thinking about the best for the organization as a whole, while connecting to LAN Strategy - Pro-activity to identify problems and propose solutions, concerned with risk mitigation and “side effects” - Strong communication ability, being able to work as a facilitator and connecting and interacting with different company levels - Location: Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Ecuador, Costa Rica or Panama
