Develop insightful and in-depth reporting to elevate our understanding of customers and products. We're seeking a Senior Product Intelligence Analyst to drive analysis on our new FMA mobile application, specifically identifying fraudulent uses. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, develop solutions, and provide insights using business intelligence platforms like Tableau. - Define metrics with stakeholders and monitor the impact of releases and product changes at an in-depth level. - Build reports and visualizations to surface trends and actionable insights for internal business users. - Inform business teams of user activity on our platform, establishing metrics to identify customer pain points. - Establish strong relationships within product and support functions to understand business needs. - Ensure adequate instrumentation and metrics are in place to respond to fundamental business questions on our product and its usage. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a business or quantitative field. - 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, including 1 year working with large-scale mobile/clickstream data. - Experience building Tableau dashboards. - Strong SQL expertise and previous experience with data warehouses (Snowflake preferred). - Deep analytical skills with attention to detail. - Able to start new projects and collaborate with business teams. - Comfortable with tight deadlines in a high-growth environment. - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for communicating with VP+ leaders.
