Create brand advocates that will increase earned media and bring more lovers to our brands. **Your Impact** As CRM Supervisor Latam your responsibilities would consist of: - Support the implementation of the Content Evolution Strategy in partnership with internal teams. - Support the creative excellence strategy - Co-develop the different editorial content pilots and deploy the playbook for all the OU´s. - Desk research for new initiatives - Support the Internal Capabilities strategy - Develop integrated Loyalty, CRM and Social Media Stragey for consumer retention, recovery, cross-sell and upsell in its journey in our campaigns/promotions. - Support implementation of CRM strategy across LatAm countries to drive engagement, purchase, and recurrency. - Leverage SalesForce automation to deliver more revenue impact with cost-efficiency - Partner with Trade and E-commerce team to plan, execute and manage offers/discount opportunities to boost consumer engagement and collection of 1st party data. - Oversee the division budget.
