Then this might be the right position for you: The Business Area Controlling (BAC) Sales Americas team is part of Global Controlling and has an opening for Early Career Talent passionate about business and numbers. In this role, you will support our Latin America Market Unit and act as a trusted advisor to the respective Business leaders. Position title: Business Area Controlling (BAC) Sales Americas - Early Career Talent Duration: Temporary up to 2 years EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS: Support activities to ensure financial performance, including quarter-end close, financial forecasting, and budgeting. Deliver outcomes of assigned controlling tasks and processes, work independently within your area, and coordinate with other units/controlling teams. Represent the Controlling function and contribute to project milestones in cross-unit and cross-functional projects. Apply relevant guidelines & policies, stay informed about updates, and raise compliance issues when necessary. Participate in projects to increase automation and simplify controlling processes. Ensure financial compliance and transparency. WORK EXPERIENCE: Experience in the area is a plus but not required; up to 2 years of experience preferred. EDUCATION AND SKILLS: Do these describe you?
