**Responsibilities**: - Perform day-to-day accounting tasks such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries. - Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Manage payroll processes, including calculating wages, deductions, and tax withholdings. - Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, including maintenance of payroll records and documentation. - Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation tracking. - Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and exit interviews. - Maintain personnel records, update employee files, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. - Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. - Provide support for employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions. - Collaborate with management to address HR and payroll-related inquiries and issues. **Requirements**: - Proven experience in accounting, HR, and payroll roles. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. - Familiarity with HR processes, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance. - Proficiency in payroll processing and associated software. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations. - Fluent in English **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $4,500,000 - $8,000,000 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - Medellín, Antioquia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Language**: - English (required)
