DeleteMe is led by a passionate and experienced team and driven by a powerful mission to empower consumers with privacy. **Job Summary**: We’re seeking a People Operations Specialist to join our growing team at a 200-person startup. This role is ideal for someone early in their People/HR career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with systems, data, and cross-functional partners. Based in Colombia, this person will support the day-to-day operations of our People function, helping to ensure our employee data, systems, and processes run smoothly and efficiently. **Responsibilities**: - Maintain and ensure the accuracy of employee data within the HRIS and other People systems - Support the execution of core People Operations processes (onboarding, offboarding, internal changes, etc.) - Pull and analyze People data to support reporting, dashboards, and internal metrics - Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams - Provide timely support to employees and escalate issues as needed - Help document and improve People team workflows and processes - Assist in the administration of systems such as our ATS, performance tools, and engagement platforms **Requirements**: - 2-4 years of experience in People Operations, HR coordination, or a related function - Experience working with applicant tracking and HRIS systems; familiarity with Lever (ATS) and Rippling (HRIS) is a strong plus. - Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail - Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; comfort working with data and metrics - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote/hybrid environment - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Experience working with remote or distributed teams is a plus - This role requires domestic and international travel.
