Held, you'll be an integral player in our Global HR Operations team, ensuring the integrity of our data, producing insightful reports, and maintaining our HR systems. If you align with our core values—Quality and Service are Paramount, Deliver the News, Collaboration is in Our DNA, Be Passionate in All That You Do, and Think Outside the Box—then we want you to join us and help shape the future of our organization!Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain and audit HRIS data to ensure accuracy and consistency across platformsSupport system access provisioning, basic configuration, and routine updates in collaboration with other HR team members and IT teamsAssist with troubleshooting system issues and documenting resolutionsSupport the documentation of HR processes and updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Assist in preparing materials for internal audits and compliance reviewsHelp ensure data governance practices are followed across HR systemsParticipate in global HR projects and initiatives, contributing regional insights and execution supportCollaborate with People Services, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards teams to ensure seamless data flow and process alignmentQualificationsDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferredFluent in written and spoken English3–5 years of experience in HR operations, systems, or analytics rolesHighly proficient in Microsoft Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and WordExperience with standard HR systems including HRIS (BambooHR or similar), Payroll, Learning Management, and Performance/Compensation ManagementStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environmentHigh level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in managing sensitive HR informationExperience supporting global teams or working in a multinational environment preferredAdditional InformationSome of the Benefits We Have IncludeJ.S.
