Job Overview This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as an IBM TM1 Analyst, where you will play a key role in supporting financial analysts and managers with IBM TM1 Planning Analytics. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for: - Providing expert-level support for TM1 administration processes, including managing day-to-day operations of global financial planning models. - Collaborating with multiple Business teams to ensure the FP&A; models are continuously available and meet the needs of financial analysts and managers. - Working closely with external IT teams to ensure new policy requirements are understood and accurately implemented within the TM1 domain. - Demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues and identify creative solutions. Key Responsibilities In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, the successful candidate will also be expected to: - Take ownership of the quality of the requirements developed and ensure they meet the needs of stakeholders. - Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, demonstrating a high level of autonomy and limited handholding. - Communicate effectively with business subject matter experts to gather and understand requirements. - Manage SDLC procedure when promoting code and model changes. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: - Technical expertise in IBM TM1 Administration, including user security, troubleshooting, and running TI processes. - Familiarity with financial data problems in TM1 cubes and dimensions. - Experience with Horizon VMWare VDI or other virtual application hosting applications. - Knowledge of Excel add-ins, Active Directory LDAP and groups, Firewalls, and server port management. - Familiarity with Cognos 11 PowerPlay cubes and Framework Manager. - Service Now standard change ticket implementation. - CyberArk service account management and mappings. - Aveksa SOX survey management.
