Main Duties and Responsibilities: FINANCE: Report directly to Junior Accountant Collect, organize, and schedule invoices Archive and filling Assistance with reporting Petty Cash Conciliation Comply with all the established policies (General, Security of Information, Compliance) and Standards of conduct established by KM2. Your duties will include but not be restricted to the above. Other responsibilities or duties as assigned by direct supervisor. IT: Report directly to Global Field Support Preparing Work from Home equipment Receiving Work from Home equipment Tracking inventory and up keeping necessary files Checking and replacing peripherals as needed, on site and WFH equipment Assistance in all I.T. infrastructure issues that may occur Creating and maintaining proper inventory Comply with all the established policies (General, Security of Information, Compliance) and Standards of conduct established by KM2. Your duties will include but not be restricted to the above. Other responsibilities or duties as assigned by direct supervisor ADMINISTRATION: Report directly to the Administrative Coordinator and Site Director Monitoring and enforcing the COVID-19 Protocols in both sites Document and report any incidence pertaining the violation of Covid-19 protocols established by the company Attend weekly meetings with Admin coordinator to present violation instances and to align concepts. Assisting the Administrative Coordinator in the shipping preparation of all Work from Home equipment that must be deployed Up keeping the inventory file for all equipment deployed and its status Coordinating with the IT department the reception of equipment and preparing it for deployment. Deployment and reception of Work from Home Equipment as well as Serial Number Capture and proper filling of the information. Comply with all the established policies (General, Security of Information, Compliance) and Standards of conduct established by KM2. Your duties will include but not be restricted to the above. HUMAN RESOURCES: Report directly to Manager, Human Resources Upkeep the employee files Archiving all HR related documents Documenting all activities performed by the Health and Safety Partner Comply with all the established policies (General, Security of Information, Compliance) and Standards of conduct established by KM2. Your duties will include but not be restricted to the above. Other responsibilities or duties as assigned by direct supervisor. RECRUITING APPRENTICE: Report directly to Manager, Recruiting Upkeep the referral program file Gather, organize, and submit to H.R. the employee file of new hires Perform background checks on all future employees using the digital platforms provided by government agencies Assist new candidates upon arrival to our physical space and guide them thru the interview process Gather basic information from candidates Follow up on candidates and the status of their process as far as documentation requirements Comply with all the established policies (General, Security of Information, Compliance) and Standards of conduct established by KM2.
