Duties and Responsibilities - Develop, maintain and manage a 3X funnel based on vendor's set revenue targets - Quantify marketing investments, drive and set objectives for each marketing activity About the Role - Regularly conduct market research to understand technology trends, customer strategies and investment trends to identify business opportunities and develop sales strategies targeting potential customers - Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy on selling key vendors to potential customers - Build strong relationships with existing end-users, expand and develop to new potential customers - Work closely with end-users and focused partners from the beginning stage in meeting set-up, solutions introduction/consultation for pipeline creation until opportunities closure - Establish strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors, alliances to understand market potentiality and capture new opportunities Key Measurements - Meet or exceed revenue and gross profit (GP) targets set by Country Manager - Maintain a 2x-3x pipeline health based on vendor's set revenue target - Set up at least 3 meetings per week with end-users to introduce solutions/POC - Execute at least one (1) marketing event each quarter Qualifications and Experience - At least 3 years of experience in Sales and Business Development in the IT industry, preferably working with local systems integrators and covering SMB accounts/end customers - Graduated from a University of Technology or has a Major/Degree in Information Technology - Excellent negotiation and presentation skills - A problem solver - Relevant experience with resellers is an added advantage - Excellent network with strong communication and interpersonal skills - Highly motivated, results-oriented, resourceful with lots of initiative - Hunting and farming mindset; an extrovert person We are people-focused and strongly believe that talent empowers us to continue our dynasty of disruption and growth in the future.
