Our immediate goal is to conduct a thorough discovery process, map current workflows, identify gaps and opportunities, and create a clear, actionable path forward for customization and execution. What You’ll Do As a Salesforce Engineer, you’ll lead the discovery and planning phase of a Salesforce optimization project. Your work will lay the foundation for future builds by providing deep insights into current processes and a strategic roadmap for enhancement. Gain a comprehensive understanding of the client's current customer communication workflows and pain points Audit and document existing Salesforce usage, configurations, and workflows Identify all data sources, third-party tools, and integration points Facilitate stakeholder interviews to capture “must-have” features, reporting needs, and aspirational future-state requirements Define clear success metrics aligned to business goals Deliver a detailed discovery report that includes: A mapping of current Salesforce architecture and usage Inventory of data sources and integrations Prioritized feature and reporting requirements A suggested go-forward path with build recommendations and sequencing A high-level implementation plan for customization and future development What We’re Looking For 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Platform) Strong experience conducting discovery and scoping for Salesforce implementations or optimizations Familiarity with common Salesforce integrations (e.g., APIs, middleware, external databases) Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills Ability to distill complex technical information into clear action plans for non-technical stakeholders A strategic mindset, with the ability to prioritize features based on business impact Nice to Have Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Developer) Experience in customer experience or communication workflows Previous consulting or agency experience with cross-functional clients Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Engineering, Information Technology, and Consulting Industries IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Lumenalta by 2x Get notified about new Salesforce Developer jobs in Colombia .
