**About this magnific opportunity!**: We are now looking for an Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist, to provide comprehensive Health & Safety (OHS) support for relevant organizations and coordinate OHS related activities in North Latam countries. **What you will do**: - Ensure the implementation of EHS requirements and procedures in all CU countries. - Manage incident investigation and RCCA program for area of responsibility and prepare incident reporting, engaging with case handlers and support when needed. - Prepare monthly EHS performance report for targets and focus areas. - Support all functions and managers with EHS knowledge and competence. - Participate in annual planning, and support execution of training plan and needs. - Cooperate with People area for work-related illnesses and injuries. **You will bring**: - Bachelor degree in Environmental Health and Safety or equivalent certifications. - 5 - 10 years’ EHS related experience within telecom industry. - Highly organized and detail oriented - expert proficiency with Microsoft office programs. - Ability to effectively communicate, engage and influence site leadership - Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time and as needed. - NEBOSH certificate is a plus. **Why join Ericsson?**: At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
