This role is ideal for someone who thrives on understanding user behavior, designing conversion-driven experiments, and continuously optimizing the digital experience across web and mobile platforms.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the strategy and execution of CRO initiatives across all digital touchpoints.- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests using tools like Google Optimize, Adobe Target, or similar.- Analyze behavioral data through heatmaps, funnel reports, and session recordings to identify friction.- Build and optimize full-funnel acquisition flows — from landing pages to onboarding.- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement improvements via APIs, Segment, Postman, etc.- Conduct competitive analysis to inform funnel improvements.- Support analytics teams with performance insights and data pulls.- Maintain organized project updates via ClickUp or similar tools.- Document processes, insights, and learnings for internal use.- Apply UX and user psychology principles to optimize user journeys.- Assist with copy and creative assets for tests.- Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates and clear reporting.Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in CRO, growth marketing, or similar fields.- Strong background in A/B testing, analytics tools, and CRO methodologies.- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments (startup experience a plus).- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana).- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.- Familiar with UX principles and basic web development.- Highly organized, analytical, and results-driven.- Curious, coachable, and comfortable with feedback.- Bonus: Experience in telehealth, DTC health, or companies like Hims & Hers, Ro, Noom, or Cerebral.Job benefits:- Competitive salary.- Prepaid medicine.- Life insurance.- Birthday day off.- Indefinite-term labor contract, with all legal benefits.
