The ideal candidate should have a strong background in 1st or 3rd party collections, excellent communication skills in English, and a solid understanding of FDCPA regulations. This is a fully onsite position offering weekly payments and a stable income. Key Responsibilities: Handle outbound and inbound collection calls in a professional manner. Follow up with clients regarding overdue accounts. Comply with FDCPA guidelines and internal policies during all communications. Maintain accurate records of all collection efforts. Negotiate payment arrangements and ensure timely resolution of accounts. Job Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in 1st or 3rd Party Collections . Solid understanding of FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) . English proficiency level B2 to C1 (speaking and comprehension). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
