Here’s an overview of the key responsibilities and required skills for this position **Responsibilities**: **Sales Data Management and Analysis**: - Collecting, organizing, and analyzing sales data to provide actionable insights. - Developing and maintaining sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs. - Identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in sales data to inform strategic decisions. **Sales Process Optimization** - Evaluating and refining sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Implementing best practices and standard operating procedures. - Collaborating with the sales team to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions. **CRM Management**: - Ensuring the CRM system is up-to-date and accurately reflects sales activities. - Training sales team members on CRM usage and best practices. - Managing CRM integrations with other tools and platforms. **Forecasting and Planning**: - Assisting in the development of sales forecasts and targets. - Monitoring progress towards sales goals and providing regular updates to leadership. - Supporting budget planning and resource allocation for the sales department. **Sales Support**: - Providing analytical support for sales campaigns and initiatives. - Assisting with territory and quota management. - Coordinating with marketing, finance, and other departments to support sales objectives. **Qualifications**: - At least 7 years of experience as a Sales Operations Analyst in a BPO setting. - Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive insights from complex datasets. - Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel, experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and collaboration. - Attention to Detail: Precision in managing data and processes to ensure accuracy and reliability. - Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions. - Project Management: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines. - Willing to work onsite - Can work on US working hours
