The role primarily involves developing robust, scalable Python applications (80%) and integrating AI/ML solutions (20%) within our products. You will lead projects, manage end-to-end delivery, and collaborate with our business analytics team to meet client needs. Strong Python skills are essential, with machine learning and AI experience being a valuable addition. Responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy Python scripts and database solutions using Python and SQL. Collaborate with data analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize data processes. Implement and manage database queries and scripts for data retrieval and reporting. Conduct performance tuning, monitor databases, and resolve issues. Participate in code reviews and provide guidance to junior engineers. Create and maintain technical documentation. Requirements 5+ years of experience in developing scalable Python applications, including proficiency in best practices, design patterns, and performance optimization. Understanding of software architecture principles in Python projects. Proficiency with Git and GitOps workflows. Strong SQL experience. Knowledge of CI/CD principles and tools. Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and their application in production. Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and ownership of projects. Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams. Nice to Have Experience deploying ML/AI applications in production. Knowledge of AI frameworks like Langchain. Familiarity with AWS cloud services. Knowledge of Snowflake, MongoDB, and additional SQL experience. Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform. Experience with TDD.
