Cluster General Manager We are looking for a Cluster General Manager aligned within the Hospitality industry to oversee day-to-day operations in the largest property of the country and ensure the property’s smooth and profitable operation. Responsibilities: With full P&L; responsibility, the Cluster General Manager will deliver commercial, financial, and operating results for the location he/she is leading, aligned with the company’s goals and strategies. Oversee various Location Operations Teams, covering all departments including rooms, food and beverage, maintenance, and experience. The role will also have an active involvement in commercial, finance, and human resources activities to achieve the goals set, including training programs and staff training schedules. Align the operational strategies to support the commercial goals of the location. Lead the location Operations Team to ensure that the location delivers its commercial and financial operating results. Support with the preparation, presentation, and achievement of the location’s annual business plan and budget. Maintain a strong presence in the daily functions of all product areas of the location (Front of the House, Back of the House, F&B;, Kitchen, CoWork, Experience) optimizing all opportunities and analyzing any room for improvement. Full P&L; responsibility over the location, with a sound understanding of P&L; statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies to improve performance. Job Requirements: 5+ years’ experience as hotel general manager or operations manager. Fluency in English and the native language of the country assigned. Strong multitasking and time management skills. Excellent communication skills. Smart and strategic, but a real operator who is happy to be hands-on and get into the details. Strong abilities for reporting and analyzing information for decision making. High level of understanding of processes and operational efficiency. A leader with exceptional people development skills – the ability to inspire and engage teams while encouraging a culture of learning, training, and support. Benefits: Negotiable salary.
