This position offers a fast-paced and collaborative work environment, providing support to our guests and members across 12 locations in the United States. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and prior experience in customer service role. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, text messages, and email. Assist guests and members with scheduling reservations efficiently and professionally. Collaborate with a global team to ensure seamless communication and support. Handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high standard of service. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Tuesdays and Sundays: Off Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) after 60 days of employment. Health insurance provided through Deel. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Previous experience in a customer service role. English proficiency at a C1 level – strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
